Sales Account Manager

Company Overview:

Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery, a leading provider of high-quality young plants and nursery products is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets through various channels of customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and grow customer ‘Advanced Orders’ in our system
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Use CRMs to track and manage your customers sales
  • Complete quotes and tenders for customers in a timely fashion
  • Attend Industry trade days, Tree and Shrub grower events & other NGIV events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote company products and services to meet sales targets
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay up to date with Industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work in a team that enjoys achieving whilst having fun along the way

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Fun and sociable personality with a passion for building relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Industry experience preferred but not essential
