Our goal is to ensure our plants move through their lifecycle and present perfectly to our clients and customers just as they should. Robust, happy, healthy and ready to move on to a new home. 

You don’t have to have worked with plants before to help us achieve this. We will train you in everything you need to know! You must however arrive with a fantastic work ethic, attitude and of course level of fitness. To be a Nursery Hand means working in the elements and getting your hands relatively dirty lifting and shifting our products across different areas of the nursery and picking and packing stock for transfer to trolleys, on time and looking great for client delivery. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Cleaning & Labelling stock
  • Lifting stock and moving stock to different areas
  • Stock Placement
  • Working at times from our Lyndhurst site
  • Potting plants Handling trays
  • Seed sowing

  • Be physically fit – It's pretty fast paced here and you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time where tasks involve undertaking repetitive muscular movements. 
  • Be a reliable team player with strong work ethic.
  • Take pride in your work, demonstrate your keen eye for detail, accuracy and enjoy following instruction. 
  • Work cooperatively and respectfully in a fun, friendly, dynamic multicultural workforce.
  • Be seeking full time hours. Most shifts are 5 days a week (7.30 am - 4.30pm) but we could consider 4 days so long as consecutive
