Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail nursery work.
- Good knowledge of plant care, pest and disease identification, and associated products.
Attributes:
- Reliability, hardworking nature, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
- Physical strength and capability are essential as the role requires regular heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to customers on plant selection, care, and maintenance.
- Execute all aspects of retail nursery work with precision and efficiency.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Garden Centre's standards.
Work Details:
- Full time position.
- Weekend availability required.
