Dr Reyhaneh Pordel will take you through a plant growth cycle with a balanced nutrition from potting on (at any stage) to sale. Dr Pordel will also delve into the importance of having the right nutrition available at the right time to help the plant perform optimally in a sustainable horticulture system, as well as what the plant should look like in terms of size, flowering and timing to the market.

Reyhaneh Pordel (MSc, PhD) holds a Master of Molecular Biology and PhD in Agronomy. She is an agronomist with strong work experience in the field of sales agronomy, horticulture agronomy and plant physiology in Canada and Iran. During her seven years of commercial experience, she worked with targeted organisations to create profitable long-term relationships and served as a key customer contact. She identified, analysed and prioritised customer needs by identifying solutions to enable businesses to increase productivity.
Dr Pordel's expertise lies in successfully enhancing operational strategies, innovating new processes and managing overall plant functionality to maximise productivity and efficiency while reducing costs and achieving production goals.
