Two Days of Trees

Two Days of Trees
Trees for a future climate

The Nursery and Garden Industry of Victoria and the Tree and Shrub Growers of Victoria are excited to present to you Two Days of Trees, an in-depth and multi-day workshop focusing on producing,  planting and maintaining trees for the future climate.

DAY ONE

9.00am – 5.00pm, Wednesday 13 November
Main Hall, University of Melbourne, Burnley Campus, 500 Yarra Boulevard, Richmond

We know that over the coming decades the urban forest will be compromised due to climate change, so we need to connect our collective knowledge to ensure we have the information we need to produce and plant the right trees for our future.

DAY TWO

8.30am – 3.30pm, Thursday 14 November

We will spend the day touring the inner northern and eastern municipalities, looking at some of their challenges and successes of tree installation and management.
