During this 2-hour workshop a small business expert will step you through small business financials, in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Join a small number of local businesses in your area and learn how to identify the warning signs and take a proactive approach to managing your business financials.

  • Make sense of what your profit and loss statement is telling you

  • Confidently read a balance sheet – it’s easy

  • Assess whether your business financials as good as your competitors

  • Identify the five financial warning signs and solve problems before they happen.
