Propagation & Production Manager

Paradisia Nurseries is one of Australia’s leading wholesale nurseries and has established a reputation for quality.

The company is rapidly expanding and is seeking motivated self-starters with good management skills and sound horticultural knowledge to help us move the company forward.

An experienced propagator/manager is sought for our largest site to manage product ranges from several departments in order to increase productivity by creating and managing targets, improve product development and quality management. 

This role requires:
Thorough horticultural knowledge, demonstrated production experience including planning & organising outputs.
Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities are also essential for this role.
Forklift licence or MR truck licence would be handy but not essential.

Applicants need to be:
Physically fit, pro-active and able to work and make decisions without supervision.

Candidates will be assessed on previous experience and how they can best contribute to the growth of the company and assist in moving the company forwards.
This is a full-time position - 7.30 am to 4 pm Mon- Fri.
