INDIGENOUS NURSERY - TEAM LEADER

This position provides a great opportunity for a highly motivated person
to contribute to the Shire’s biodiversity through the production and
provision of quality indigenous plants.
You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Edendale
Indigenous Plant Nursery, which includes the production of indigenous
plants and management of the retail area.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• qualifications and experience in horticulture specialising in nursery
management and plant production
• demonstrated experience in managing and working with volunteers.
This is a permanent full-time (Tuesday to Saturday) position with a
salary range of $47,574 - $55,241 + penalties and allowances. This
position is located at Edendale Farm Community Environment Centre
in Eltham.

This position involves the supporting of the Grower Manager in supervising and working with a small team of production staff. You will be required to uphold quality and quantity of work performed by the team.
