Melbourne, Victoria's capital, is home to the Nursery & Garden Industry Victoria (NGIV), the peak industry body for the state's horticultural industry. Its member base covers production, wholesale, retail and allied trades.

As the peak body for the nursery and garden industry in Australia, Nursery & Garden Industry Australia (NGIA) is responsible for overseeing the national development of our industry. By joining the Nursery & Garden Industry Victoria, members will receive automatic membership of NGIA.

The NGIV staff are committed and dedicated to assisting members in improving their businesses for the overall development of the wider Nursery and Garden Industry.

The NGIV Board of Executives consists of some of the most innovative members of the association and is currently chaired by Glenn Fenton of Nationwide Trees

These are members of industry with have been admitted to Life Membership given their significant contribution to the Nursery and Garden Industry Victoria

The NGIV has a strong belief in building a sustainable industry. This is outlined by our Mission and Vision Statements to which we abide.

The world renowned Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show (MIFGS) remains as the biggest annual flower and garden show in the Southern Hemisphere! It brought to the public in partnership between NGIV and Flowers Victoria The show is managed, marketed and co-ordinated by IMG (International Management Group of America Ltd)
